Each job is treated the same, as if it were our own precious memories that we want to not see deteriorate because they're in a form that degrades (tape).

We will give you a DVD with better videos than you sent us (if VCR). If they are 8mm, sometimes they have washed out colors and we can brighten those up.

If we agree on a price, that's what you'll pay, even if we have to do more work than
we originally thought. Bidding a job is our responsibility.
